These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of mfdakconvention.com. and participation in the MFD AK Convention (“Event”). By accessing this website or registering for the event, users agree to comply with these Terms.
MFDAK hosts an annual conference every year, and the upcoming MFDAK Convention will be conducted on January 10th and 11th, 2026. The MFDAK Convention is managed by MFDAK.
Participation is open to registered mutual fund distributors, financial professionals, and invited guests. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Event registration is confirmed only upon successful payment (if applicable). Fees, once paid, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The organizer reserves the right to modify event details, including dates, speakers, or venue, without prior notice. All payments made for registrations, sponsorships, or participation in the MFD AK Convention are non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be processed under any circumstances. In case of event rescheduling or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizers may, at their discretion, offer alternative arrangements or credits toward future events.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and media, is the property of MFD AK Convention or its partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior during the event. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant engaging in disruptive or inappropriate conduct.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
